Lindy, Why dont you do a computer image of the outside of your home like you can do with digital decorator and play with some schemes. You would instantly know if you like it or not!! Otherwise as Luke suggested, you need to decide if you want to contrast or blend?? I would certainly start off with a blend, as changing it to a deeper colour later would be far easier than trying to go back to a lighter colour if you decide you don't like it. Deep Ocean can look stunning with Jarrah but now that you have Monument I think you really need to stick to Windspray if your window frames are that colour otherwise I feel you will be introducing too many colours and you will spoil the elegant look of the home. I suggest bridging the tonal gap between the black and white plus camel with a grey sheer. Actually not a sheer, no sheen perhaps a flocked cotton or linen, something with a fibre, I would consider stitching a black edge seam down the inside reveal of the sheer so they have some interest and relate to your soft furnishings. A with a bookcase, a bedroom ISA great place for one, infact I don't think there's any room that doesn't benefit from some form of bookcase, Layer your timber accents with frames or lamp bases, even book ends in the case, so there is. More than two different, rather a timber theme with varying shades can be appreciated.

The bookcase is very narrow & if you can remove the shelving, store the contents elsewhere & paint a feature colour or put some wallpaper in the back that suits your decor style (woven grass cloth e.g) & just have a painting or mirror there to simplify what is an entry point to your living room & kitchen. A narrow shelf or two in a dark timber or glass with console display items or a vignette of framed photos could be more decorative too. These canvas photo prints stretched over a frame could look good.Or if you need the space for storage some doors or drawers could be custom made to suit unless you start again. This niche idea could be built in too with lighting added.

They sound like nice colours. I agree that it is hard to choose.
