Hi, we're looking to sell our fibro cottage. The interior is renovated but the exterior colours are dated. We don't want to spend too much to change the facade (we considered cladding/changing windows etc) but it cost too much. In the area there isn't really a price difference between painted fibro and cladded houses. The main selling points are good block sizes and a decent layout with good kitchen/bathroom.
Can I update this house without changing the maroon colorbond gutters/awnings?
Gardens will be tidied up and actually look better then this pic (this is quite old). Driveway, patio tiles and roof are black/charcoal and in good condition. Windows are timber so can be painted.
Thanks!
