Colour scheme for weatherboard house with Heritige Green roof
Comments (10)white washed brick looks great with a tin roof and very country - think tuscany. Reclad with brick. Other wise just change the supporting poles from green to timber to match the verandah and stick with what you have. It's probably worth saving your money until you can afford to repaint the roof too and make it all work together. Work with perspectives too. Right now the focus appears to be on the roof because there is nothing drawing your eye away from it. Maybe planting coloured flowers in the front garden or great outdoor furniture like the cane lounge but with different colour cushions etc....See MoreExternal color scheme! Help! Comments (13)I really like colorbonds wallaby... they have some contrasting colours listed below... this might give a dark enough look without being too dark. however would you consider changing roof and trims first and then see how you feel about the brickwork? It might be all you need to do for an updated look. I'd maybe do roof and gutters same colour and then down pipes in a colour similar to bricks so not to stand out..., garage doors maybe the woodland grey?...See MoreExterior house colour scheme (roof paint walls)

Have included some Dulux colours showing how versatile terracotta can be to perhaps give you some inspiration......See MoreGrey and oak colour schemes
Comments (21)Thank you so much annb1997, i will go and read that article. I know, there are SO many neutrals and greys. I started getting confused with the various shades of white, then decided that i wanted to jazz it up a bit so landed on grey. Then came the decision of either "greige" or real grey. So many choices!...See MoreTimandra Design & Landscaping
