Bathroom window covering.
Comments (17)@Lee Rohrbough, the picture you posted is one fantastic stylish bathroom, absolutely love the whole design but especially the tiles. I have already chosen travatine tiles for my new bathroom so can't change that but I have a hint of a tile colour called Emperador as a feature in the shower and although your tiles aren't Emperador, it sure looks allot like the colour. Is this your bathroom or one you have designed??? Simply outstanding!!!...See MoreHorrible concrete jungle!
Comments (3)Can you show a photo of the area towards the ground where the steps meet the pool pump etc? If there's room you could consider a hedging plant - left untrimmed with the right plant, that follows the shape of the pool around. But its hard to see whether this would work without a better photo of the area. Of course you will need access to the pump, so this would have to be factored in....See MoreDriveway conversion?
Comments (3)You've got a good space and good ideas. My suggestion would be to decide on all the structural changes first. It is tempting to go for small wins first. But you'll never regret doing a master plan. Set out everything you want to do. It's OK to have lots of stages and even a few dream things....See MoreCheapest option to cover floor tiles
Comments (10)Painted floor tiles will great for a short time, but as soon as you start cleaning them you will have problems. While there are tile paints available they are generally used for vertical tiles surfaces and not floor tiles which are subject to high mechanical abrasion (with grit and shoes). As soon as the paint starts wearing and paint lifting (especially in traffic areas) they will look like the cheap and nasty fix that they are, and it won't fool the buyers. Possibly an assortment of large matching floor rugs will visually link the spaces and hide most of the tiles. You could use edged carpet to make rugs, but the important thing is consistency throughout. If you are on a budget you may be able to sell them after the property is sold.
