I would stick with urban grey on the render. It will become the body of the exterior, and is neutral enough for living spaces not to feel to risky, bit still feel contemporary. Landscape against it will become the feature outdoors. Monument for colourbond as in gutters and fascia? Yes, as it will be the closest colourbond colour to the klavier used on the front ga de, and as they won't be seen at he same time, it is a best fit scenario. Although, I do not recommend it as a roof colour, and perhaps it isn't available in roofing anyway. This is because of the heat absorption. As it is low pitched but somewhat visible, I would go with a horizon colour, not introducing another one, rather just a construction tone, so for me either galvanized. So it remains a structural material rather than a fashion statement, or if you want something more polished, then I would go surf mist. The roof will disappear in this colour and blend into the sky, after all, the actual building from ground level will be all you see, and the roof will only be visible in relation to the building from a far. Neighbours will appreciate the unobtrusiveness of the surf mist, but you will save on energy costs Also. But of course, it is just an opinion, but one I'd be happy to stand behind for my own home. Belinda, with you on cream or beige, it's everywhere. To make your white windows, roof and verandah (and those cute awnings on upper windows, they really help balance the proportions and give your facade some punch) how about a deep, dark grey (deeper than your splashback) - or even charcoal or black stain? Timeless, crisp and classic. There are now light reflecting paints that mean you can go deep and dark and it won't warp the boards. Cover (or at least paint out) the ugly old meters so they disappear. Then pick out some mid greys (a palette of two or three for interest) to paint the veranda posts, deck and steps. Since you don't have a paintable front door, you can add your pops of colour with plant pots, potted flowers or a couple of beaut old chairs (rockers?) to sit on that lovely front porch.

May I suggest that you could quite quickly and affordably: 1 - paint the roller door and the white beam above it in Terrain - https://colorbond.com/colour/terrain - which will stop them drawing your eye. You may still want to put in a wooden roller door but you will get the effect quickly. 2 - replace the eyesore round light fitting at the same time with a modern one 3- left hand side - the next door dirty cream fence is also eye catching either put a fence and gate there to block it from view or just paint it a dark colour so it recedes and separates from the house. 4 - yes the roof either needs a good clean or a repaint 5 - yes the down pipe - can it be replaced by a chain style into the garden bed? Paint it dark anyway to stop it popping. It may be possible to drain it to the side gutters Love the railings - 5- the house isn’t sitting in its own space visually planting darker evergreens to left and right will help to settle it.

Sorry blackbamboo, if I was going black windows then maybe a storm colour would blend well. But I am leaning towards the colours of nz, the 3rd pic u posted has a colour similar. Aquamarine? Sea.. But not in a storm!!
