Due to its unique structure, cork is very durable and Harris Woods's UV-cured factory applied finishes are warranted for up to 25 years in residential use. Maintenance of cork floors consists primarily of regular sweeping/vacuuming, along with occasional use of a no-wax hardwood floor cleaner. We recommend Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner. For pricing, I would suggest contacting your local flooring dealer which you can locate here ( http://harriswoodfloors.com/wtb.php) as pricing varies. Please let me know if you have any other questions or if I can assist you in any other way when researching cork flooring or any other type of hardwood flooring.
