The Queen Anne style legs give it an antique feel, but it could be as recent as 1940 with those simple arms. It looks the height of a nursing chair, but they often did not have arms. Looks great for flinging clothes on though, haha!

You can choose chairs either to match the curve of the table or the diagonal, chunkiness of the legs. Though that timber is going to be difficult to match. I'd go metal. You can contrast it with slim legs or go with the chunkiness .

Used all of them recently and all selections are fabulous. Comfort wise the spindle chairs and those with wood backings can have their drawbacks if you plan to sit for a while. So style, usage and personal taste need to all be taken into consideration.
