Since you do not have much money you will need to do some DIY. Moving the toilet, sink and washer is out of the question. Remove the shelf and make a hamper/ bookshelf for storage. Would be nice if you had doors at the top to hide everything. Should be only 16 inches at the bottom and top half should be 12 inches deep. Clean up the wall with the outlets, using tape and drywall mud were the crack with the two pieces of wood is. The window I would frame two pieces of plexiglass with a semi-transparent design and mount it on the window ledge like sliding closet doors. Between the sink and toilet same plexi but all the way to the ceiling. Hopefully out of 2x2 if there is enough room. For the sink I would make a wood cover with cut out for the faucet to get a little counter space when not using the sink. Also paint one wall a different color for effect. Take the towel off the washer and add some shelving.

There is a conCrete veneer system called xbond which given the right substrate, being a fc board, the layer is as minimal as 6mm. Can be laid over existing tile or cement, and as mentioned on a stumped house. Look up Xbond

if the budget allows for it, porcelain tiles are my recommendation. They look better, have smaller grout lines, can get them to look like any modern stone, like marble, granite, travertine or even available in wood look slats. My hot tip is the less grout the better, which means the smaller the tile the more grout lines, stay away from mosaic on the floor, I've seen too often these being ripped out because the grout dates and ages from soap scum etc. After seeing grey, black and various colours on floors, I would always go with white on the floor, easy to keep clean and no fading of the tile profile. I would like to reduce the width anywhere from 80' - 90'. The land is completely flat. We have a lot on the corner, so the main roads would be on the right and bottom. I picked this layout because I liked the privacy it gave our (to be put in) pool. There are existing neighbors on the left and soon to be neighbors behind us. We have a large family so I want to keep all of the house space/ bedrooms etc. Ideally I would want to move the 3 car garage somewhere behind master suite (not sure at which angle). I just don't know how to completely flip the right side of the house and still make it work, because I like the idea of having the master suite able to walk right out to the pool. @oklouise @Black Bamboo @dreamer @Kate @User
