Before/After: New guest bedroom.

What a great community, let me share our renovation. First is the guest bedroom, first room in the house, and not very nice to walk into what was originally an office.
We stripped it bare, painted, new flooring, lighting and cupboards. Now a much more pleasing front room.

Oh wow. I had trouble even believing that was the same space - until i saw the window seat.

Thanks for your lovely comments! We did owner builder. So there were quite a few things we did ourselves. The kitchen we probably spent the most on about $20k due to the shaker style cupboards & use of 2 Caesarstones but it was worth it because I'm very happy with our kitchen! As for our flooring upstairs we used a hard wood in jarrah.
