This space has been very popular for all of its elements, including the colours.
Here are all the colours used in that area:
The end wall shown is a white feature wall which is actually a Wallpaper by Harlequin, range Folia, style Erin, 110313 and the blue paint onthe remainder of the walls is a soft grey/blue by Taubmans, called 'Lunar Eclipse' T10 48J-2.
All the trims (skirts, architraves, doors) and ceiling are Taubmans 'Chalk Wash Quarter' T10 61A, the remaining walls throughout the house were in Taubmans 'Smokey Mood' 1/2 strength.
The blue/greys are a really calm backdrop for fresh whites and then contrasting timbers to add warmth and life to the scene. I used the light and bleached timbers to give a coastal feel.
You can just see one of the fabulous 'Designer Boys' artworks on the Kitchen wall too with the blue coral image.
