$15,000 for B grade Blackbutt flooring?

Hi, is $15,000 for B grade Blackbutt flooring (laid by builder when building house) a reasonable price? thank you.

Including floor sanding and sealing probably about right.

Blackbutt isn't cheap to start with.

Keep in mind that stone tile is around $90-100 per sqm to lay + purchase of tile at around $50 per sqm...... with sealing on top as well.....

a quick google search suggest blackbutt could be around $60-70 per m 2, so say 90x$65 = $5850, I would suggest around $5k for sanding and sealing? (flooring people could quote that better), and the rest as they say is 'builders margin'...
