Excellent, excellent Mothers Day. Leg of lamb and rolled pork roasts on the go by 9:00am, Snowee taken off to get clipped, Cauliflower and broccoli cheese bake, baked carrots and pumpkin with mixed spices and my special crispy potatoes.
