this design is 400mm taller than the standard option being Princess Mary wing back this design The Crown can be 200mm taller or as photo here 400mm taller.

the normal RRP is $5695 this tall option BUT with an email to info@chesterfieldhouse.com.au I can offer a better wholesale price

I would need to know what colour you would like ? as I make these to order in any colour you wish :)

Just ask them and if it's different get them to reduce the price if it worries you. I've just done 78 electrical variations to our plans and asked the builder to to justify about 20 of them. Price went from $12000 to $10000 just in the electrical plan. Make them work for their money like you would anyone else. I find it strange how the biggest investment we make the less likely we are to hound the builder.

The volume builder's offer it cheap (or standard inclusion) because they bargain down the supplier and installer who will be suppling many (i.e.: volume) bench tops of pretty much the same size and specification..... Custom designed/bespoke/renovation dwelling's cost so much more because they're 'one off' rather than the same design being built many times over.
