These appear to be west elm circle cut out chairs. I don't think they in the online catalogue anymore, but I did a quick search and it looks like some sets are coming up for sale on other sites.

Extremely expensive to import it to Aus. I tried Amazon but the shipping cost is the same as the lamp (AUS $400 in total just for one). For Oz the cheapest alternative is Cougar Lighting. They have a similar version. It is called Cougar Lighting Fontaine Glass. I don't know the quality tho.

Hi Rae, I don't think they export to Australia. It is really hard to say without seeing an actual sample as colour on a screen is always varied, however the two alternatives to your Lucent Arctic White (top image Lucent Arctic White) available here for both the colour and style are the Caesarstone's London Grey (middle image) or Caesarstone's White Attica (bottom image). Those seem to be trademark varieties from outside Australia. You could contact Daly’s fruit or Diggers Club to see what dwarf varieties there are available in your area.
