Hi evas1, We are loving teal at the moment too! However once you find another colour, you will want to switch up the paint. This is why we are suggesting you go neutral with the walls (Dulux White exchange half) and accessorising with colour- making it interchangeable as seasons/trends go by. Hi, gloria wood I find that Dulux Natural White can look too stark. Pictured, we have used: White exchange half (which has more of a grey/beige undertone) Lexicon half (for the skirting, doors and trims).

I would wait until you move in and get some test pots and brush the colours out on big pieces of leftover wall paper. What suits will also depend on your furniture etc. I would be cautious painting the aluminium as going light over dark is likely to scratch and be obvious. I quite like the timber - but the colour it doesn't go so well with the timber floor - perhaps the other walls need to be painted a cleaner white as suggested and the timber wall to go darker to act like a frame to your view Alternately you could also paint the timber the same colour as the walls but it will need to go with your floor as this is the limiting factor. all the best with your new home.
