Looking at the attached photo you can see compared to close to the wall the floor tiles are streaked with white stains. I have tried using vinegar and scrubbing brush and also other cleaning products....

My parents had a similar style with Berber covers and if my memory serves me right it would be about late 60's early 70's they also only had Noblett furniture for their dining and lounge coffee and buffet tables oh boy they were made to last and still were in excellent condition when they passed away so sad to have to let them all go but we didn't need it whoever bought them at auction will be happy, they will outlast a lot of the 'ready access' furniture that's available today. I can't remember if the lounge suite was Parker or Noblett but the style is the same.
