That would be an original building - to do it well, you would probably need a signwriter and ask them to copy it. Send the photo to some of them and see what sort of prices they come back with.

"Top end" has many different meanings depending on where you are! Many "top-end" items are imported from Europe on order and can take 10 to 12 weeks for delivery. They also cost big dollars. I know of one well-known project home builder who used to double the standard price of a display home by displaying all of their idea of "top-end" finishes. So a $400K display home would have had another $400k of "optional" extras displayed including higher ceilings, bi-fold doors, external water features, outdoor kitchens, granite benchtops, decorative feature wall paper, built-in home theatre speakers, and fancy cabinetwork everywhere, etc, etc. Unfortunately if your home is already at frame stage your options are limited, however your builder will love all of your variations as he can charge a premium and extend the contract. Just my opinion and I’m no expert : D If you wanted to hang onto the lounges for a little longer as they are very practical while you have a young child and dogs, I’d look at trying to find a cushion that might combine the colours perhaps? Like the pic attached? I’d also use some conditioner on the lounge and maybe put a bit more stuffing inside the lounge seat cushions yourself. I did this to a Parker lounge and after a clean and leather saddle conditioner it didn’t look too bad. Maybe a big square (so it won’t tip over) pot with a dark green plant like a peace Lilly, cast iron plant or a tall plant could make the green lounge fit in a bit better.
