It's a Hydromax vinyl plank from a company called Preference Floors. "Staten Island" is the style name I believe https://www.preferencefloors.com.au/product-category/hydromax/ The product was a great choice for here because the job is in an old apartment block in Potts Point and the flooring went straight over an existing slab and the floor had to meet acoustic requirements. This vinyl flooring has an acoustic layer incorporated into the plank. It's a quality product and excellent alternative to timber in this application.
