Help! Contractors installing flooring at wrong angle

I am getting a custom Parquet floor installed cost was ~$7K for 400 sq ft. It's about 4 days into the install, and now that the borders are in I noticed that the floor is not at a 45° like we discussed, but closer to 35 or 40°, meaning that the darker pieces are not lining up with the border. It's not a case of the room not being square, since on no edges do they line up.


What can I do? Can I ask them to redo it? This was the lower of two bids I got, the next was $12K, so not sure if it reasonable to expect high quality, or if this is just a case of you get what you pay for.
