I found a website that might be quite helpful for you http://www.colourtouch.com.au/ to visualise what colours and finishes could look like on your house. You can choose a style of house that closely matches yours then choose a number of set schemes, or start with a blank canvas and play around with any colour / finish you like.

I would suggest that if you don't want to make mistakes in your house then you engage a design professional to get it right, especially if you don't know what you are doing. There is an art and science to good kitchen design, and there are plenty of bad kitchens out there which have been "designed" by amateurs. Kitchens are expensive to build, and most cabinetmakers will build with the plans they are given - they usually don't want to try and correct client's mistakes. Love white cabinetry and would do bench top in white too. Think with the peachy cream floor and sandy beige walls, adding a 3rd colour might be too much. And if you make the cabinets and benchtop in similar shades to walls or floor, it might be beige overload! A white might lift it. Maybe post a pic of the floor so we can see how peachy or creamy it is.

@Kate Exactly, this is the one. @ausjoinery Yep, we have kids at home. Am not too fond of glossy finish due to finger print will be easily visible, but positive side of it is easy cleaning. @dreamer I was thinking about the darker cabinets too (Though am a white colour fan), awalnut brown or black or so on..
