Project Year: 2020

Project Cost: $10,001 AUD - $25,000 AUD

Country: Australia

Postcode: 7008

We transformed the exterior of this exisiting house by updating the external paint colours and replacing the roof to give it a fresh new look. We selected a combination of neutral and bold colours to highlight the amazing federation details of the house and chose a vibrant blue for the door to add a pop of colour. The transformation is incredibly appealing to the eye and adds curb appeal to the property.

Before: This sweet, little cottage in Hobart was ready for some love. The old colours were tired and outdated, and the colorbond roof was falling apart so it was a good time to give this home an external makeover!

After: We went with a dark colorbond roof that we usually wouldn't recommend, however being such a cool climate in Hobart, the dark colour will actually help retain the days warmth. For the front timber deck and run down lattice work, we chose a mid to dark colour.
