Noosa is one of those places its all about position. We have seen architectural homes demolished because they new owner wanted something different but the land was in a wonderful spot!

A tip for anyone in the process of renovating a bathroom: I used Blake and Taylor chalk paint with a couple of sealer coats to paint a laminex vanity in our bathroom- and it looks great. Easy to apply and looks like a million dollars now. include new knobs from the great range at Paddington Hardware, and you can spend the money you've saved on good tapware.

Thank you for the lovely comments! The clients brief to the architect was to have water views from every room. This was a large undertaking and meant that the over all design and external look was not as important as the WATER VIEWS! Using cleaver angles and glass this was achieved for the client who is extremely happy with the outcome.
