Hi, One option is to eliminate the gap with a nib wall like i have attached. It really depends on the size of the room in terms of how it is structured and what you want to archive. The wall hung vanity is great for smaller rooms but cleaning underneath is hard and you wont really be able to have a nib wall without creating a dust trap. Just thought i would throw out a idea. Thank you oklouise those drawings have given us some good thoughts. The front door to the house is bottom left corner of the drawing and will swing against the Master Bedroom wall where it is thickest otherwise the door will swing into the lounge room so we'll have to get creative with the Master Bedroom sliding door location. Attached for reference. Gallifrey The ghosted wall you mentioned is the original wall before the renovation. It will be taken down so there won't be any wall in the bedroom, we were hoping to have an open plan Master Bedroom and Ensuite. LesleyH Good point, we'd love a nice large shower. We've had a bathtub combined shower for 20 years and it's on the narrow side.

780mm is too deep for easy access from the kitchen so can the extra space be accessed from another room but 435mm is still wide enough for a single tall door enclosing some useful drawers for extra cutlery, plastic wrap, tea towels, odd kitchen tools, and shelves for all your big appliances, spare containers, drink or wine bottles and glasses, punch? bowls etc...take a tape measure around your supplies and equipment and there'll be plenty of uses for the space and i suggest that the toaster will be much more convenient in a more open area and stored out of site on one of the new shelves when not being used...

Hello Congratulations on a tidy renovation job The colours are really nice In small spaces you need to keep the line of sight open to give the illusion of spaciousness Go for light colours rather than heavy black & use see-through furniture - mirrored surfaces, rattan or cane pieces, open-backed shelving Ideas: *use the area near the front door as a reading corner Place book shelves against the wall & use the occasional chair there with a small side table & floor lamp *move the living area to the other end of the L-shape with the TV against the solid wall - that way you can watch it while you are in the kitchen Place your new sofa facing the TV, in the centre of the room with walking space near the windows & kitchen area *place a round dining table in the space where the sofa used to be Have it close to the windows so there is a view to admire at meal time *use plants, side tables & lamps to fill corners & add personality *add art pieces to the walls Cheers Let us know what you decide
