All three doors are good, just depends on what they are opening into/onto- hinged doors can give a bigger opening with no stepover, sliders are great if sill is level with the floor but can be quite hard to keep clean (the sills) and pivot doors can give a great size opening but take up quite a lot of space swinging open- so it comes down to personal preference as per every decision in building/renovating

Sounds like a great site. Hard to advise as not really sure what advice you are seeking or what your style is for the home inside and out, I prefer sliders over other doors for rear as easier to use and. Don’t impinge space. Questions on plan.: What is island bench so far away from rear bench? What do the dashed lines represent?

If you search “entry doors with wrought iron” you’ll see Australian suppliers come up. You may need to talk to them about a custom order. There are also similar on Etsy but I’m not sure how you’ll go with postage.
