Hi there,
I am laying Baltic Pine flooring onto hardwood joists that are 100 plus years old and had 2 questions I was looking for some help on.
- Do you use some sort of adhesive on joists ?
- How would you secret fix to the joists ?
I would prefer not to top nail and am planning to use joist clamps and to secret nail/screw, and was wondering does anyone recommend a screw to use to go through the tongue to fix to the hardwood joist ?
Thank you
