L Shaped Room For Heating & Cooling

Hi
I have a small L shaped entry hall which leads to a small bath room, plus bedrooms 1 and 2.
The ceiling height is 3 metres and any installer can stand up in the roof space, which also has a floor.
For heating and cooling, I wish to know which system would be best suited. I have had a quote for ducted heating and cooling and was quoted $10,700 fully installed, quite expensive I thought.
Being a retired carpenter, I could quite easily install ducts or a multi spit indoor units as I have done both before. See attached plan in sq metres.
Sincerely,
Mike
