I tried to find some details from the photo but didn't have a whole lot of luck. The loft was decorated with "Far Eastern" style decor. West Chelsea Loft You may be able to email designer by the website (linked above). The designer uses a lot of textiles by S.Harris. Some of their fabrics are designed by Christie van der Haak & I thought it looked like her work but I think I was of the mark. Perhaps a savvy houzzer can identify the style of the fabric panel or throw to help you in your search. Best of luck!

the image is from adairs.com.au - it is a close up of one of their bedspreads. they don't sell the cushion (Or at least its not on their website) it was obviously used to style the bedspread that they sell.
