Hi chittering5 we used the 25.5cm lights. Our island bench is fairly small at approx 1800x900mm. I actually purchased 3 (at much better price than currently listed) but felt it was too many for the space when I mocked up the (widest) diameter of the lights with paper cut-outs. Trying to decide if I can use the 3rd light in the bathroom or something without it looking lonely....

Mixing metallics can definitely be challenging, melarnell. Copper has certainly had a good run lately, we have done some feature pendants in copper and they give off a great glow. Have you considered timber to add an earthy element to your kitchen? I don’t think it’s had it’s day, but it depends on the overall look of your kitchen, it sounds modern and minimal. Do you have a pic or plans ? How high is the ceiling? If you have a standard 2400 height ceiling, I’d suggest going with a sleek linear style pendant, it doesn’t need to run the full length of the bench either.
