Kon-Tiki is the Sunshine Coast’s largest mixed-use office retail development. Two separate sites combine to produce two six-storey towers, with approximately 18,000sqm of office, medical and retail space. The ground level of tower one consists of consumer retail and medical tenancies while tower two includes food and supporting tenancies with tower two featuring a public piazza providing casual dining for over 100 people. The development incorporates strong building elements to enhance the Kon-Tiki name and provides an overall inviting presence for occupants.
