We started with a very dated costal style home with cracking bay views, typical of the era the rooms were very segmented and did not make the most of the views. There was also a lower level rumpus with no internal access and a real disconnect to the pool. This was a whole house renovation in which the internal walls were all demolished and the façade was given a significant facelift, the design brief was to create a prestigious contemporary styled home with the master suite, entry and open plan living on the upper level to capitalise on the views and an enlarged lower level with the remainder of the bedrooms and a rumpus leading out to the pool area, the new feature stair and void forming a statement as you enter the home.
