Designed inspiration and copywrite by Zeigler Build, our role in this project was to bring Todd’s ideas to life! Often we speak of a house having “good bones”, the original unique architecturally designed post war home had amongst the best “bones” we have seen! Renovating a home such is this one is an absolute pleasure, especially when the goal is to honour the original features and retain the original intent of the home! The hero of this renovation is definitely the entry, with it’s high ceilings and feature battens, it is certainly a statement of the home. Whilst the essence and styling of the home were retained, the internal layout was significantly changed, with sympathetic extensions the home now boasts 4 bedrooms, the existing living room which retains the original character fire place, and a new kitchen, dining area connecting to a generous deck.
