Designed as the first development of it’s type in Beerwah, the 3 storey walk-up development contains 24 two bedroom units, split over 3 buildings to allow staged construction. The brief was to maximise the number of units on the site, with ground level under cover parking, the higher units take advantage of the view to the South via the deck. A mix of textures and colours via changes to the cladding adds some interest and a modern twist to the styling.
