Designed inspiration and copywrite by Zeigler Build, our role in this project was to bring Todd’s ideas to life! The vision was to raise the existing Queenslander style cottage home, with an extension running down the site in a more modern style with ties to traditional styling. The dark metal cladding contrasts beautifully with the white weatherboard and provides a real statement for the home. The small original home contains the kids wing with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and rumpus/toy room, with a triple garage under. The more modern 2 storey extension connects to the existing via a link over the stunning void, with the master bedroom suite accessed via this gallery. The ground floor contains a study, guest suite and very generous open plan living space, taking advantage of the northern aspect and leading out to the large terrace and stunning pool.
