Our design brief includes master plan design for raising existing home and building in under and pool. Upper level to include master bedroom with ensuite, walk in robe and balcony, bedroom 1 with ensuite and walk in robe, 2 other bedrooms, family bathroom, powder room, sitting room, void to lower living level would be ideal. Lower level to include another bedroom with retreat, ensuite and walk in robe, study, open plan living/dining/kitchen (with butler’s pantry), external lounge (with great connection to living area and to yard and pool, small bathroom, laundry, garage/carport for 3 or 4 cars, storage area. Important design aspects are high ceilings, a homey feel, good natural light and ventilation, design according to requirements of overland flow.
