Ardent were engaged again by the client they delivered Mitchel St. for to deliver their new house. The property runs East West on a laneway. The design utilises a two storey entry way and living area to tie the front and rear of the house together. The exposed brick spine wall is used as a backdrop to the staircase in the two storey void. A rolled steel beam is used like a black ribbon around the back of the house to tie it all together.
