The master bathroom features Showplace Inset maple cabinets with a unique Peppercorn Satin finish, Carrera marble vanity top, and a custom tile backsplash. The homeowners were very specific about what they wanted for this bathroom, which allowed them to create a custom look that encapsulated the feel of being in a seaside town. The use of inverted frame drawers and tapered feet on the vanity also add interest to this design. The upstairs bathroom features Showplace’s Chesapeake Inset cabinets with a Jade Green paint, and a granite vanity top.

Small Hall Bathroom Remodel in NE Portland, Irvington Neighborhood

This very small hall bath is the only full bath in this 100 year old Four Square style home in the Irvington neighborhood. We needed to give a nod to the tradition of the home but add modern touches, some color and the storage that the clients were craving. We had to move the toilet to get the best flow for the space and we added a clever flip down cabinet door to utilize as counter space when standing at the cool one bowl, double sink. The juxtaposition of the traditional with the modern made this space pop with life and will serve well for the next 100 years. Acrylic freestanding tub added in this light, bright, and refreshing bathroom remodel. From drab colors to light and bright was the transformation of this bathroom remodel. First and trending, garden tub is removed and replaced with a white acrylic freestanding tub. In addition, to a beautifully wrapped subway tile wall eloquently displayed with a glass mixed mosaic tile. Along with adding a Schluter metal shelf just above the tub to hold those necessities with a matching schluter metal trim along the top of the mosaic. Next, shower modified and enlarged to accommodate a marble bench, threshold, and beautiful shelves to hold those necessities. Included just above the bench is a niche neatly hidden to accommodate additional storage. Coupled with a waterfall tile running down the center of the back wall is stunning. Shower floor and interior of niche completed in a honed lava grey tile. Furthermore, cabinets refreshed and refurbished with a blue grey paint topped with elegant marble countertops. Together with the glass mixed mosaic and subway tile was used throughout the bathroom adding the finishing touches and creating a sense of luxury. Finally, warm wood-look grey tile flowing throughout the floor is inviting. The before and after photos of this bathroom remodel is stunning. When refreshing, light, and bright are in order. This bathroom renovation is perfectly displayed.
