A master bathroom in need of an update was modernized with a barn door, new vanity and modern natural tile selections. We were able to create a bathroom space which include warm colors( wood shelves, wall color, floor tile) and crisp clean finishes ( vanity, quartz, textural wall tile). There were 2 benches included for seating in and out of large shower enclosure.

A small space deserves just as much attention as a large space. This powder room is long and narrow. We didn't have the luxury of adding a vanity under the sink which also wouldn't have provided much storage since the plumbing would have taken up most of it. Using our creativity we devised a way to introduce corner/upper storage while adding a counter surface to this small space through custom millwork. Zellige tile is usually a natural hand formed kiln fired clay tile, this multi-tonal beige tile is exactly that. Beautifully laid in this walk in door less shower, this tile is the simple "theme" of this warm cream guest bath. We also love the pub style metal framed Pottery barn mirror and streamlined lighting that provide a focal accent to this bathroom.

Silo Point constructed a group of exceptional 2-story townhouses on top of a 10-story parking structure. Recently, we had the opportunity to renovate one of these unique homes. Our renovation work included replacing the flooring, remodeling the kitchen, opening up the stairwell, and renovating the master bathroom, all of which have added significant resale value to the property. As a final touch, we selected some stunning artwork and furnishings to complement the new look.

In the Master Bath we completely updated the area: Walk-in Shower: > Removed and replaced hot/cold mixer valve. > Installed new P-Trap and drain cover. > Constructed custom shower pan with three inch curb at opening. > Constructed niche in side wall for soap/shampoo. > Installed Silver Creek Polished Natural Stone Marble Honeycomb Wall Tile on shower floor, curb, walls, and niche. > Installed ceramic tile in Boutique Dark Grey in shower and lower portion of wall around the bathtub. > Installed seamless/frameless shower glass/door. Tub: > Removed old tub and installed a Dieppe Acrylic Oval Freestanding Soaking Bathtub. Vanity Area: > Built and installed new shaker-design vanity, double-sink cabinet (22"X76"), and medicine cabinet, then painted in white-tone. > Moved drain and hot/cold lines over on vanity sink. > Installed new 3-cm Valley White VicoStone quartz countertops with rectangle undermount sinks, with a four inch backsplash and standard edge profile. > Installed new faucets. > Install new mirror and vanity light. > Final touches included installing new towel rings/rods and toilet paper holder.

A cramped and partitioned primary bathroom gets a facelift with an open concept based on neutral tones and natural textures. A warm bamboo floating vanity anchors the room, with large format porcelain tile covering the entire floor. A walk in shower glass panel mirrors a etched glass privacy panel for the commode. The tub is flanked my partial walls that act as a tub filler mount and bench. Niches in each space add function and style, blending seamlessly in with the tile. A large trough sink sits below an inset custom framed mirror.
