Un pied-à-terre fonctionnel à Paris Ce projet a été réalisé pour des Clients normands qui souhaitaient un pied-à-terre parisien. L’objectif de cette rénovation totale était de rendre l’appartement fonctionnel, moderne et lumineux. Pour le rendre fonctionnel, nos équipes ont énormément travaillé sur les rangements. Vous trouverez ainsi des menuiseries sur-mesure, qui se fondent dans le décor, dans la pièce à vivre et dans les chambres. La couleur blanche, dominante, apporte une réelle touche de luminosité à tout l’appartement. Neutre, elle est une base idéale pour accueillir le mobilier divers des clients qui viennent colorer les pièces. Dans la salon, elle est ponctuée par des touches de bleu, la couleur ayant été choisie en référence au tableau qui trône au dessus du canapé.

le séjour est orienté sur la rue et plein sud, sous la mezzanine. Le papier-peint panoramique été adapté sur-mesure pour habiller la hauteur sous plafond de 4 mètres et le dessous de la mezzanine. Pour un effet de symétrie, un carré chocolat a été peint de l'autre côté d cela mezzanine, pour séparer la zone escalier et coin bureau.

Durch die zweigeteilte Gestaltung des TV-Wohnmöbels macht es trotz seiner Größe eine schlanke Figur. Unter der dicken Eichenholzplatte mit sägerauer Oberfläche sind große Schubkästen mit viel Stauraum untergebracht. Die hochgezogene Rückwand im "Beach" Look ist ein echter Hingucker. Die große Frontklappe mit Sichtglas öffnet sich durch leichtes hervorziehen und gleitet dann elegant nach oben. Die Dekoration im beleuchteten Innenraum scheint auf dem Glasboden zu schweben. Die hochwertige weisse Lackoberfläche mit dem geölten Eichenholz harmoniert sehr gut und integriert sich im mediterranen Wohnbereich.

Salon, salle à manger où l'on retrouve beaucoup de moulures et corniches, que nous avons restauré. Le parquet était recouvert de moquette, après plusieurs ponçages nous avons retrouvé un résultat parfait. C'est une décoration de style contemporain, ambiance chaleureuse grâce à un mélange de couleurs et de matières. Les cheminée en marbre sont mises en valeur

Le parquet a été entièrement restauré et certaines portions de type versaillais ont retrouvé leur éclat d’antan. Des rangements malins se logent ici et là tandis que le carrelage graphique des salles d’eau garantit un réveil revigorant.
