A new deck was built to take advantage of pond views. Interior: New air conditioning system, polyurethane wall insulation, custom corner mantle/fireplace. Exterior: Cedar soffit/ battens, Trex® decking and post lights. Photos by Greg Schmidt.

Archadeck - Columbus
Archadeck of Columbus used TimberTech Tropical Decking in Amazon Mist for this deck, the landing, and stairs to match the home’s siding. Our TimberTech decks offer total low-maintenance benefits, along with gorgeous finish choices. These new homeowners will spend many years enjoying their deck, with absolutely no yearly upkeep with sanding, staining, or painting.

Chi Renovation & Design
To expand the feel of our client's home, we built them a custom outdoor deck. A perfect place for them to escape to outside while still having privacy! We kept the style simple but added some dramatic dark-toned furnishings.
Designed by Chi Renovation & Design who serve Chicago and it's surrounding suburbs, with an emphasis on the North Side and North Shore. You'll find their work from the Loop through Lincoln Park, Skokie, Wilmette, and all of the way up to Lake Forest.

Archadeck of Central Maryland
In an effort to increase the enjoyment hours and reduce the amount of time spent on maintenance, this entire structure in Bethesda, MD, was built using low maintenance materials. The deck was constructed with Trex Select decking inside the screened porch and across the entire surface of the deck, vinyl trim was used inside and outside of the screened porch and the ceiling is beaded 1×6 tongue and groove vinyl to create a more finished look for the interior.
Archadeck of Austin
This Leander, TX, deck is built of AZEK decking in Hazelwood and the trim is built using Morado, both from AZEK’s Arbor Collection. The railing is beautiful black gloss Fortress iron railing which compliments and contrasts the neutral tones of the decking perfectly. The skirting on the perimeter of the deck was completed in Hardie board and painted to match the colors of the existing home. We took the design a step further by adding concrete pads at the base of the stairs to avoid a slippery surface and to reduce the debris that is tracked onto the deck from the backyard.

Porches and view decks remodeled. Previous guard rails blocked the view, but new guard rails were stepped down so that view from top of deck is unobstructed. Steps act as seats for bigger events.
Composite decking and cable rails are new.

This oceanfront resort and spa serves as a luxurious tranquil escape. The heavenly spa consists of 14,000 square feet for treatment and relaxation with an adjacent 2 story state of the art fitness center. The spa's interior was derived from its oceanside setting and incorporating those outdoor elements to the inside. Through the use of water, color, and natural elements we have created an ensemble of ten treatment rooms including a haleo-therapy salt steam room, Vichy shower, duet room for couples, and spa cafe with full ocean views.
