Material expression and exterior finishes were carefully selected to reduce the apparent size of the house, last through many years, and add warmth and human scale to the home. The unique siding system is made up of different widths and depths of western red cedar, complementing the vision of the structure's wings which are balanced, not symmetrical. The exterior materials include a burn brick base, powder-coated steel, cedar, acid-washed concrete and Corten steel planters.

Incorporating bold colors and patterns, this project beautifully reflects our clients' dynamic personalities. Clean lines, modern elements, and abundant natural light enhance the home, resulting in a harmonious fusion of design and personality. This spa-inspired bathroom, with its gentle blue and white color scheme, sets a calming tone. Vitales Wohnen mit viel Glas für Sonne und Licht: Dafür steht der das Erscheinungsbild prägende Wintergarten des Hauses Oberpframmern. Er verbindet Wohnraum und Terrasse, Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss, Weitläufigkeit und Rückzug. Überdachte Giebelbalkone und bodentiefe doppelflügelige Fenstertüren lassen auch im Obergeschoss draußen und drinnen wie selbstverständlich verschmelzen und ergänzen damit souverän das großzügige Raumgefühl, das die offene Dachkonstruktion vermittelt. Wahrhaft großzügig ist der Grundriss in jeder Hinsicht: geradläufige Treppe, Glaserker über beide Etagen mit offenem Luftraum, attraktiver Studioraum mit Luft zum Atmen.
