Nos clients ont fait l'acquisition de ce 135 m² afin d'y loger leur future famille. Ainsi, l'appartement s'ouvre sur une entrée intemporelle où se dresse un meuble Ikea et une niche boisée. Éléments parfaits pour habiller le couloir et y ranger des éléments sans l'encombrer d'éléments extérieurs.⁠ ⁠ Les pièces de vie baignent dans la lumière. Au fond, il y a la cuisine, située à la place d'une ancienne chambre. Elle détonne de par sa singularité : un look contemporain avec ses façades grises et ses finitions en laiton sur fond de papier au style anglais. ⁠ ⁠ Les rangements de la cuisine s'invitent jusqu'au premier salon comme un trait d'union parfait entre les 2 pièces. ⁠ ⁠ Derrière une verrière coulissante, on trouve le 2e salon, lieu de détente ultime avec sa bibliothèque-meuble télé conçue sur-mesure par nos équipes. ⁠ ⁠ Enfin, les SDB sont un exemple de notre savoir-faire ! A renovation on a tight timeframe meant we used our designer tricks to create a home that looks and feels completely different while keeping construction to a bare minimum. This beautiful Dulux 'Currency Creek' kitchen was custom made to fit the original kitchen layout. Opening the space up by adding glass steel framed doors and a double sided Mt Blanc fireplace allowed natural light to flood through.

This 1901-built bungalow in the Longfellow neighborhood of South Minneapolis was ready for a new functional kitchen. The homeowners love Scandinavian design, so the new space melds the bungalow home with Scandinavian design influences. A wall was removed between the existing kitchen and old breakfast nook for an expanded kitchen footprint. Marmoleum modular tile floor was installed in a custom pattern, as well as new windows throughout. New Crystal Cabinetry natural alder cabinets pair nicely with the Cambria quartz countertops in the Torquay design, and the new simple stacked ceramic backsplash. All new electrical and LED lighting throughout, along with windows on three walls create a wonderfully bright space. Sleek, stainless steel appliances were installed, including a Bosch induction cooktop. Storage components were included, like custom cabinet pull-outs, corner cabinet pull-out, spice racks, and floating shelves. One of our favorite features is the movable island on wheels that can be placed in the center of the room for serving and prep, OR it can pocket next to the southwest window for a cozy eat-in space to enjoy coffee and tea. Overall, the new space is simple, clean and cheerful. Minimal clean lines and natural materials are great in a Minnesotan home. Designed by: Emily Blonigen. You also want to plan the layout of your cabinets. 3. Decide on a Kitchen Style, But Don’t Forget Practicality

You want the style of your kitchen to reflect your personality and taste.
