“Wonderful design, blending traditional, industrial and contemporary concepts. Extraordinary attention to detail and quality. Everything in my home falls into the "wow" category! I am the architect's mother and client. Ours was the first home she designed following her graduation from the University of Pennsylvania School of Architecture. I understand if you cannot use my comments because we are related, but I want to verify her Father and i were also her first paying clients and that she was the sole architect of our home. “I have had generally good experiences with this landlord. I have rented an apartment from them for about five years now, and they're usually on their game. It's a big building, so there is an occasional issue or two, but they have a pretty decent team (I like Chris a lot), and I'm making this post just because I felt they deserved credit in a positive direction, rather than just the one negative review. I think I moved in around late 2012 or 2013, and they've also done a pretty good job of picking decent people for apartments - on the whole. I hope this might help someone!”
