“Brent from Eight Six Design was the architect that created our fantastic new house. Its a single story 4 bedroom, cladded, colour bond roof with above ground concrete pool, wide entrance hall and lots of deck He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required. His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine. I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”

“We engaged Margaret Skilbeck to help us with a major renovation and extension of our family home in Warrawee. Architelle was recommended by a local builder who gave us the names of a few architects that work in the Area. He told me Margeret Skilbeck was conversant with Kuringai council regulations and her turnaround time in submitting work was also good. We were very happy with the design and final result. One of the best things we did was engage Margeret to supervise the building project which included weekly site meetings. it took away a lot of the stress involved in building work. She gave us very good advise along the way and helped in choosing materials and fittings. She was professional, capable, efficient and very pleasant and we have no hesitation in recommending Her. She was able to work well with the builders & coordinate the other professionals. Her fees were reasonable and good value.”

We have undertaken 2 renovations and Vanessa was the architect on both occasions. In fact, we delayed our 2nd renovation to coincide with her return to Australia so she could be on-site for the job. Vanessa has a relaxed and friendly manner that belies her expertise and talent. Whilst her ideas and recommendations are outstanding, Vanessa's great strength is her ability to listen to and understand what we were hoping to achieve and then to make it happen.
