“Leigha Heydt was our second architect hired for our project. The first didn't work out due to lack of understanding each others goals and budget. Leigha was a breath of fresh air in every way. She took out the intimidation factor in our first remodel experience. We immediately loved her straight forward honest approach and her knowledge of building a home (she has contractor experience). She was quick at assesing our needs and got straight to work on our plans. The plans were extremely professional with meticulous details that made every process after (finding contractors, engineers, etc and getting town approval) a breeze. Leigha understood us and always steered us in a realistic direction to keep to our goal. She has a very keen eye for use of space and pleasing design... that is timeless and functional. I can not say enough about Leigha, she is very talented, a great architect. Our entire house was dated with a small, closed in kitchen and no master bedroom. Our house is absolutely fantastic now with an open big kitchen, amazing master suite and a beautiful flow throughout. We chose a more modern style that is very family friendly. Leigha was right there with every resource - websites, places to find every last detail needed in our home. Again, I can't say enough- she's an amazing architect and communicator, she's thorough, always on time, wealth of resources and the calm in what could be an overwhelming experience. She's the best!”

“This team was contracted to do the architectural work on an addition to my home. I sketched out the overall design. Nong listened and offered his suggestions. At the conclusion, his overall design and improvements when far beyond what I had envisioned. He walk through all the paperwork and time needed to get all the permits which allowed me time to take care of the family and talk about the new look. The project is still under construction, but I know my family and I will be happy with what we both (myself and Nong) envisioned.”

“We engaged Architect Guy Lubroth to help us remodel our apartment in San Francisco. He was very professional and thorough in his review of what could be done architecturally. “My husband and I were in search of the perfect house that had to satisfy both our needs. The only thing we seemed to agree on was that the location had to be in Marin County. After almost 7 long years of renting, we finally found the perfect location on a street we were both in love with but unfortunately the house was far from what either one of us liked as it was way too small for our family of four and the one bathroom was the size of a phone booth! We then searched for an architect that would be able to give us both what we wanted and could see our vision and blend it together. After interviewing several different architects and feeling like they didn’t “get us” we moved on and were fortunate enough to have met Eric who was a referral from our real estate agent. He listened and really understood the look and feel each one of us wanted. When we saw the plans he designed for us, we were beyond delighted! He took our 1400 square foot home and turned it into a 3500 sqft. dream home that has everything we both had always wanted in the most creative and family friendly way. He put a lot of thought and care into our house and we couldn’t be happier with his brilliance, creativity, work ethic, honesty, and dedication.”

“Wow! We can't really say enough about how great Matt was to work with. We came to him after already having some pretty solid ideas, but he did a fantastic job of walking the line between respecting what we had already decided and adding some suggestions that might work better. After being frustrated with a lack of response from contractors, painters, tilers, and others involved in a remodel, it was so refreshing to find Matt and his promptness in replying to our emails. Having gotten used to having to wait a few days to hear from others, it was so great to hear back from Matt within a few hours. Matt was extremely helpful with linking us up with engineers and other subcontractors, including working with the city regarding permits and passing along some discounts that he was able to get for certain supplies. We have already recommended him to a few other friends and would not hesitate to do so again in the future.”

“We hired Barry because we saw the beautiful work he has done for so many of our neighbors. I am an interior designer and have worked with many architects so this was a leap for me. Barry has been a DELIGHT to work with. He is smart, professional, timely in his response, flexible, and works well with the other professionals on our project. I have found that architects are often either technical architects or design architects. Barry is a creative design architect first, but all his technical skills are excellent as well. He has done extensive drawings, worked seamlessly with all engineers and contractors, gotten our permits, and made us feel that we have a true advocate throughout the process. I would highly recommend him. You will be so happy you did!”
