“Brent from Eight Six Design was the architect that created our fantastic new house. Its a single story 4 bedroom, cladded, colour bond roof with above ground concrete pool, wide entrance hall and lots of deck He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required. His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine. I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”

He told me Margeret Skilbeck was conversant with Kuringai council regulations and her turnaround time in submitting work was also good. We were very happy with the design and final result. One of the best things we did was engage Margeret to supervise the building project which included weekly site meetings. it took away a lot of the stress involved in building work. “We could not have been happier with the home that Keith and Trudi from Form Follows Function designed for us. Our house was demolished and completely rebuilt and we employed Keith at the very outset of the project . Keith managed the entire project including multiple rounds of designs, working with a difficult local council and managing their many compliance requirements, tendering and selection of a builder and then management of the detail of the build throughout the project. Having heard a lot of horror stories about clients sacking architects part way through a build because everyone disagrees - we could not have had a smoother ride!
