“I hired this company for a renovation project of my Fifth Avenue apt. It needed to be totally redone. Everything was done in such an efficient manner. The plans were filed with the city and got approval and the renovation was completed with very few problems. Stephen was always available by cell phone to answer any of my concerns. I really felt that my ideas and needs were well integrated into the final design. There were a lot of challenges involved including raising a ceiling in the kitchen, moving walls, lowering a floor in the bathroom entrance (moving pipes), restoring a fireplace that was closed up. The final result is just beautiful with attention paid to every detail. It's not just another cookie cutter apt. Very creative yet functional work created by an extremely talented architect!”

“LEAP designed our modern and green home addition. They handled much of the creative work on the project, as well as detailed renderings, bid consultations, and construction supervision. LEAP's work was very creative and responded directly to our needs. They found ways to get energy efficiency and modern design details into a "buildable" and cost-conscious project. “We have dealt with Anjie Cho as a General Contractor on a lot of projects. Starting from very small renovation, to whole house projects. we can honestly say that she has been one of the best designers we have ever dealt with. Full attention to details. Not only the bathrooms, and kitchen looked beautiful, they all created a perfect flow throughout the whole house. Pleasure to work with. From Traditional, to contemporary, we have seen a lot of her work. Anjie is an amazing designer that takes the time to understand your style and create beautiful spaces.She has wonderful ideas and is very good at laying out and staying within a budget. We would definitely recommend Anjie to anyone who is looking to re-do their house or commercial space.”

“Richard and Michael are fantastic to work with. They are very creative and highly professional. Our project is a complete gut job renovation of a 140 year old row house in Brooklyn. NC2 has come at it with complete enthusiasm from day one, and have stayed positive and focused even when we have hit rough patches. Our favorite part about working with them is their collaboration style. They do a good job of doing all the "hard work" behind the scenes, but they truly make us feel that we are part of the team. They take our feedback wholeheartedly, they are always ready to walk away from an idea they may really like if it doesn't resonate with us, and they are totally open and respectful to ideas we bring to the table. It helps that we have similar taste and style, but in general, they just have a great collaborative and respectful approach. They also have been very good to work with on budget management. We would recommend them for any jobs, large or small.”

“I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”
