“I think what makes Jaime Brennan such a great architect is that he truly listens. He has delivered what we asked for, actually our home is more beautiful than we imagined. He knows his stuff so we got through Council quickly, which isn't typical of a strawbale development application in the Blue Mountains. The home that we have built together is beautiful, practical and comfortable. Jaime has project managed for us and we have stayed within budget. There has been a lot to handle and throughout the build Jaime has been a great communicator. He has often suggested alternatives that made our home more comfortable, practical, environmentally appropriate or more economical to build and we are so grateful for that. Jaime also helped us select a great builder. We couldn't be happier with our experience and we are really excited to move in to our home in a few weeks time.”

“Jess and Tristan are both extremely professional and a joy to work with. They came to our house to meet personally to discuss our needs and look at the property.They were extremely honest with their quote and were able to explain to us exactly what we would be able to do within our budget. Every step of the way they were friendly, helpful, and were able to keep our minds at rest by emailing us updates. After it was all over we were able to extend our loungeroom out and raise the ceiling. If we ever need help with an extension (or even a new house!) again we will definitely be giving them another call. Thanks guys!”

“Graham and his team are simply a delight to work with. Being a 'designer' myself makes it all the harder I think for an architect when they have a client like me who changes their mind constantly, has to reduce ideas to meet budget constraints and simply just can't sign off because there's a 'bright new idea' to be explored. Yet Graham and team have met every challenge with consummate professionalism, a smile and an attitude that has been at all times respectful making communication comfortable. Not always found in the design world from my experience after 25 years of running my own agency. Would I work with them again... absolutely and I hope it will happen because a positive, stimulating and warm collaboration is a rare and wonderful thing. We are still a long way from finished on this project but I am sure the outcome will be all I am wishing for and more.”

“We asked John from Biobuild to come up with ideas to 'refresh' our dull looking 80's built brick veneer project home. John was fantastic from the start. Not only is he a gentlemen to deal with but he also quickly came up with a range of excellent ideas for our home makeover. Given we were not sure precisely what we wanted(just something different!) John was very patient and creative with a range of options for us to pursue. When we had agreed on a direction John was also instrumental in putting together our plans to council and getting them approved. I highly recommend BioBuild and they would be my first point of call if I was to build or renovate again.”

“I found that the Director Geoff was in tune with exactly what we are after in our family home. We gave him a brief of non negotiable needs that our house had to fulfil. He listened and designed a beautiful home. We gave him a budget to work with, and once we received quotes from builders his design met our within our budget. We told him that we wanted something a little different as our house is situated in quite a large new estate, once again he stepped outside that box and designed a home that will be quite distinguished from the rest. My husband and I are very happy with their level of knowledge,insight and experience they offered.”
