He told me Margeret Skilbeck was conversant with Kuringai council regulations and her turnaround time in submitting work was also good. We were very happy with the design and final result. One of the best things we did was engage Margeret to supervise the building project which included weekly site meetings. it took away a lot of the stress involved in building work. “Brent from Eight Six Design was the architect that created our fantastic new house. Its a single story 4 bedroom, cladded, colour bond roof with above ground concrete pool, wide entrance hall and lots of deck He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required. His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine. I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”

“Douglas McNamara from Earthed Architecture was the best decision made in regards to the renovation of our home. From a financial point of view. Doug's design was a positive investment. The return of capital from his design far exceeded the cost to hire his services. Before we found Earthed Architecture, we had a ridiculous quote from another architect. That was just to get a design passed through council that a builder & I designed initially. That didn't include any design work. Doug's fee included design and getting passed through council and still came in well under the other architects fee. What I am saying is that Earthed Architecture's fees are super reasonable and the quality and service is top shelf. More importantly, from a family point of view, the design Doug came up with was nothing short of spectacular. He came up with ideas we would never think of in a million years. Our house is a 70s' fibro and the design Doug produced you would think it was a house out of a luxury magazine. The photos' included show the house before and Doug's schematic design. Doug's interior design looks even more spectacular. I will update the images of the actual build one the job is complete. Doug is humble and goes above and beyond. No fuss, polite, professional and straight to the point. Doing what is necessary to produce the best possible outcome. Spending hours on getting the configuration just right. Even when he proposed the design to us he was still very humble, unsure if we would like it. Humility is the sign of someone truly great. No matter how good he is, he still questions himself and always pushes himself to be the best he can. I can not recommend Doug and Earthed Architecture highly enough. You will not go wrong.”
