“I engaged Daniel and AAA Build to build my first development at 3 Clauscen St Templestowe. It was a 2 townhouse development, from the start to finish I have nothing but praise for AAA Build, Daniel and his team, and the whole build process. They were amazing, and the finish was first class. As soon as the townhouses were finished they sold within 2 weeks of being put on the market, and at a record price for the area at the time. I would highly recommend AAA Build to anyone looking for a quality builder who is reasonably priced, I will definitely use them again on my new development I hope to start soon in Nunawading.”

“I employed Shmik Interiors to furnish my beachside apartment in Melbourne. My two-bedroom apartment has great waterfront views but very tight, small rooms. Lisa came up with a furniture plan that utilised the space efficiently and turned my challenging space limitations into an apartment with a ‘beach resort’ style. I was thrilled with the results and was able to immediately let the apartment out after it had been languishing on the rental market. “We found Parveen after contacting many local designers and finding they were either way out of our budget, or just never responded to our enquiry. Parveen has wonderful prompt communication skills and worked with us to come up with a solution that fit within our budget. She carefully considered our design brief and took into account several aspects that we hadn't even thought of. She had great attention to detail and has lots of creative ideas, and nothing was too much trouble for her. We are very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!”
