“Dan did an amazing job. He organised everything. Was easy to talk to. I couldn't believe how fast he got in and got the job done. The quality of his work i thought was to a very high standard. He always turned up. Money well worth spent. We had a granny flat we had been in the process of building and hadn't done anything on it for 2 years. We needed help. We decided to find a builder who could build our deck for us. It was about 18m x 9.5m (veranda on 3 sides) and was about 2m off the ground (the ground was elevated). A friend ended up recommending Dan to us. Dan also did the veranda roof, guttering etc and wire balustrade all the way around. Looks really beautiful. I also got him to build some internal shelving, put doors on, attach towel rails, mirrors and other bits and pieces. I'm so glad we did.”

“From remodelling our spare room, recladding the back wall of our house, removing old stairs and replacing handrails and balustrading, nothing phased Rod. He was professional, on time and his quality of finishes were fantastic. He was able to provide recommendations for complimentary trades when necessary and I would not hesitate in recommending him or his services again. The fact that no matter how many times I moved the scope of the project (including adding whole new pieces of work!) you fit us in, worked with all the other trades we had here during our simultaneous pool build and never seemed flustered! Thanks a million Rod!”

“I can't speak highly enough of this builder. My husband works in the building industry and sees the final product of many many builders. He's worked for Lindon Homes for several years and always said that when we built our new home, Lindon Homes would be the one he'd choose. After nine years, we finally knocked down the old house and started the plans and then the build. If I wasn't so happy with the house, I'd build again with Lindon Homes in a heartbeat! We found the process smooth, upfront and organised - everything you want in your build. We have time with an interior decorator. I'd spent four years clipping pages from Home Beautiful and gave them all to her! A week later, I went in and picked all the tiles, laminates, caesarstone, etc. in one go from the choices she'd selected from the photos I'd given her. Brilliant! And so easy to see all my selections in one place. The workers onsite were polite whenever I turned up with my three kids under six and baby in a sling! I can't recommend the company highly enough.”

“I highly recommend Rodney Case and his team at Refresh Renovations I obtained numerous quotes to add a bedroom and paint my house in Casuarina, on the Tweed Coast, but engaged Refresh Renovations, due to their excellent customer service, design knowledge and advice. I am so happy i did, as Refresh Renovations exceeded my expectations, with regular up to date, progress reports, working within a time frame and the quality of workmanship. I am hoping to renovate both my kitchen and bathroom, in the near future, and will look forward to working with Rodney and his team again. Until then, i wish them all the success that they definitely deserve.”

“It all started with meeting Jason Nicholls, the sales consultant of Ownit Homes, I walked into a display home in Upper Coomera and there I met Jason. What an asset to the company, he is kind and friendly, not pushy at all and so helpful. Nothing is ever too much for him. And he follows up with everything. Next is the back office team in particular Nikki Lennon and Angela Black. I have asked them both so many questions and they never got irritable with me and they explained everything to me in a language I could understand. And lastly, Mark, the site supervisor, he is as friendly as the rest and phones me every week to let me know how the construction is going. (A very nice touch) My new home is on time and on budget. I would really recommend Ownit Homes to anyone that is thinking of building a new home.”
